NG JOO HEE (PETER)
NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Ng Joo Hee is an experienced and highly respected public and corporate leader. He served, until 2022, as CEO of Singapore’s National Water Agency PUB. He was, previously, the Commissioner of Police and the Commissioner of Prisons in Singapore. Over the course of his public service career, he led large, complex organisations with a focus on operational excellence, governance and national infrastructure resilience.
Now retired from public service, Joo Hee is currently an independent non-executive director with China Everbright Water Limited, a major water utility listed on the Singapore and Hong Kong stock exchanges. He holds a Harvard MPA; an MBA (Accountancy) degree from NTU and a BA (Engineering Science & Economics) from Oxford University. He has also completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School and is an accredited board director with the Singapore Institute of Directors.
CK TAN
MANAGING PARTNER, VC FUNDS
Mr Tan Choon Kian (CK Tan) is a VC and technology entrepreneur with over two decades of experience spanning deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management and IPO/M&A execution. A former senior corporate executive turned serial entrepreneur, business advisor and angel investor, he brings extensive leadership experience across both investment and operating roles.
CK is the Managing Partner of Greenwillow Capital Management, where he leads a deep-tech venture fund focused on smart city and healthcare investments. Previously, as Executive Director (Investments) at Vertex Ventures, he managed a billion-dollar portfolio across China and Southeast Asia, backing notable companies including IGG and Grab.
He has also held senior leadership roles at Whispir and Singapore Technologies and began his career at Singapore’s Ministry of Trade and Industry. In addition to his institutional investment work, CK has founded and supported multiple startups as a serial entrepreneur and angel investor.
BASIL BYRNE
FOUNDER AND BOARD DIRECTOR
Basil is a senior telecommunications executive with a proven track record of delivering transformational results across global markets. With extensive CXO-level experience spanning telecom, technology and service industries, he has regularly presented at Board level and led large-scale procurement and operational transformations across multiple regions.
He has held Chief Procurement Officer roles with leading telecom operators and vendors, driving strategic cost restructuring, competitive tenders and major contract negotiations across more than 15 countries in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Oceania. His previous appointments include Telstra Australia, Maxis Malaysia, Nokia Networks/NSN Singapore, REACH/PCCW Hong Kong and Group CPO at Qtel (now Ooredoo) Qatar.
Basil negotiated Asia’s first 3G contract at CSL Hong Kong and later founded Airov8, an independent telecom advisory firm. Among his notable achievements, he led competitive tenders for BellTel (San Miguel/Telstra), delivering savings exceeding USD $500 million. He holds a BBA and a Graduate Diploma in Purchasing and Materials Management (both with distinction) from RMIT University.
JOSEPH TEY
FOUNDER AND BOARD DIRECTOR
Joseph Tey is an experienced telecommunications professional with over 20 years of global leadership experience spanning network build, modernisation, supply chain design and strategic sourcing. He has held senior roles at both Group and operator levels, driving procurement excellence and large-scale transformation initiatives across Asia Pacific, North Africa and the Middle East.
Joseph previously served as Director of Sourcing Services at Ooredoo Group, where he led global negotiations for telecom site solutions and advised regional procurement heads on implementing strategic sourcing best practices. He has also held advisory roles with Indosat and Ooredoo Myanmar, where he played a key role in end-to-end network build negotiations, RFP strategy and the establishment of high-performing sourcing and procurement teams. Earlier in his career, he was Regional Sourcing Manager at Nokia Networks/NSN Singapore, overseeing ancillary and services sourcing across Asia Pacific.
In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Joseph has provided strategic sourcing consultancy across multiple international markets including Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, China, India, Australia, UAE and the United States. He holds an MBA from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. Joseph is fluent in English and Chinese.

Before becoming Chief Executive Officer of Willowmore Pte Ltd, Eugene served as Senior Director of Sales and Operations, where he played a key role in customer engagement, business development and operational excellence. Today, he drives Willowmore’s regional growth, innovation agenda and long-term sustainability advancing smart access control, facilities management solutions and IoT platforms while strengthening governance frameworks and empowering high-performing teams.

Jaffry Ng is the Business Development Director at Willowmore, a technology company specialising in AI-powered platforms that enhance security, operational efficiency and sustainability. Willowmore integrates IoT-enabled solutions to help organisations modernise their operations and achieve long-term, sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive landscape.
With extensive experience in developing and commercialising smart technology solutions across multiple industries, Jaffry leads the sales and business development function with a strategic and customer-centric approach. He focuses on building strong partnerships, identifying growth opportunities and aligning technology solutions to real operational needs.

VINOTH KANNA
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO)
Vinoth Kanna is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Willowmore Pte Ltd, bringing over 18 years of experience in software engineering, IoT platforms and enterprise system architecture. He leads the development of Willowmore’s core solutions including WMSenseHub and WMFacility and designs secure, scalable cloud and edge architectures that support mission-critical operations.
Vinoth also oversees the company’s cybersecurity and compliance efforts, driving Willowmore’s ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and ensuring alignment with global standards such as PDPA, GDPR and cloud security best practices.
Combining deep technical expertise with strategic vision, Vinoth works closely with government agencies, technology partners and industry stakeholders to advance intelligent infrastructure, smart building systems and next-generation access control powered by AI and data intelligence.
ARIYOHANA SARASWATI PHILLIPS
INDONESIA COUNTRY HEAD
Ariyohana leads Willowmore’s Indonesia operations with full accountability for market growth, partner management and project delivery. Based in Jakarta, she oversees sales, marketing and key customer relationships across Telecommunications, Warehousing & Logistics, Data Centres, Banking and other critical infrastructure sectors.
With a strong technical foundation in telecom power systems and IoT monitoring (EMS/BMS/DCIM), she manages operational performance, budgeting, delivery risk and end-to-end implementation. Her experience includes supporting power consultancy projects across Asia, with certifications in CDCP (EXIN EPI) and Data Centre Designs & Energy Management (DCD Academy).
